Celebrate the Irish July/August Issue of Bread' n' Molases Available at the Museum
The Magazine Bread’n’Molasses printed and published in the Miramichi featuring local artists, authors and poets as well as photos of New Brunswick is now available for sale at the Bathurst Heritage Museum at 360 Douglas Ave. in Bathurst, NB. The March / April and the May / June issues are in stock now. Come in or call 506-546-9449. Watch for the July/August issue which will celebrate the Irish.
June - September Museum at the Market
The Bathurst Heritage Museum will have its annual kiosk at the Bathurst City Market every Saturday morning from June 24th to September 17th, 2010. Gift cards, hasti-notes with local scenes, historic books and heritage pins may be purchased. Wonderful albums to see and discuss.
August 1 to September 7 Paintings by Cynthia Decoste
Opening Reception August 3 6-8 pm
The extraordinary artistic works of Cynthia DeCoste will again be on exhibit and for sale from August 1st to September 3rd, 2010 in Gallery 360 at the Bathurst Heritage Museum, 360 Douglas Avenue. During this time the Gallery will be open seven days a week and by appointment, 506-546-9449. Cynthia was chosen Emerging Artist of the Year for 2009.

Coming September 15, 2010 The Lamp and the Union: Nursing in Twentieth Century New Brunswick
Coming to the Bathurst Heritage Museum on September 15th “The Lamp and the Union: Nursing in Twentieth Century New Brunswick”. The exhibition presents a sampling of the Artefacts from the New Brunswick Nursing History Collection. Artefacts include caps, pins, student blazers, union pins, photos and histories. There will be an official opening of the exhibit on Sunday the 19th of September, 2010.

June 4 - 20, Art by Bathurst High School Seniors Mirae Lee and Stephanie Jennings
The Bathurst Heritage Museum is proud to present the paintings of Bathurst High School seniors, Mirae Lee and Stephanie Jennings in Gallery 360. The paintings will be on exhibit from June 1st to June 20th, with an official opening on June 4th at 6pm. Paintings will also be available for sale at a price decided by the artist. The Gallery is open during Museum hours (noon to 4pm) but may be opened by special appointment at any time – call 546-9449.

The Bathurst Heritage Museum presents the Paintings of the late James Pitre and others, including a few by Jessica Ryan, as well as a display of some very old pictures and unusual artefacts in Gallery 360 until the 25th of May during Museum hours – Noon to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Book Launch "Crimes and Punishments"
The Bathurst Heritage Museum and Archives of the Cultural Centre are proud to announce the launching of another interesting book by Florence Gray Godin, titled “Crimes and Punishments in North East New Brunswick and Gloucester County”. The book is available for sale at the Museum and at the Bathurst Book Gallery.

Poetry and Readings’ by Jim Cormier
The Bathurst Heritage Museum is proud to present the ‘Poetry and Readings’ by Jim Cormier at the Museum at 360 Douglas Ave., on Saturday the 24th of April, 2010 from 7pm to 9pm. Jim will also have his books for sale and will be happy to sign them at that time. A light refreshment will be available. Everyone is invited.

Opening, Major Exhibition of the Art Work of Cynthia DeCoste
The Bathurst Heritage 'Gallery 360' will hold a major exhibition of the Art Work of Cynthia DeCoste of Bathurst, NB. Cynthia has been selected as one of New Brunswick's Emerging Artists and was recently honoured on New Brunswick Day in Bathurst. Mrs. DeCoste is an Art Instructor at Bathurst High School. An opening Reception will be held on Friday September 5th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Bathurst Heritage Museum 360 Douglas Ave., Bathurst NB.

Hand-I-Craft Fair and Workshops
